1. Refund Policy - Online Courses

All online courses purchased are non-refundable. Once an online course has been purchased and access has been granted, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

2. Refund Policy - QRMA Device

Payment for QRMA devices is only refundable if our technician checks the device remotely and confirms that the device is faulty. Refunds will not be provided for any other reasons, including but not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction with the product, or user error.

For packages that include a QRMA device with an online course: If the device is found to be faulty by our technician through AO verification, you will be eligible for a refund of $139 only (representing the device portion of the package), and not the full package cost. The online course portion of the package remains non-refundable as per Section 1.
