The only rule to follow in order to consume on shake days for the one daily meal is that it is composed of 400 to 600 calories. The bundle of the Isagenix 30-Day Program contains shakes, cleanses, snacks, fat burners and other products that help achieve and sustain weight loss results.

Isalean Shakes:

Meal replacement drink that contains a combination of whey and casein protein (milk).
