LAST BOOTCAMP CLASS OF THE SEASON ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2011
Join us weekly for our new Holistic Bootcamp Workout, Includes:
- 50 Minutes of interval exercises and various cardio activities at your own pace
- Interval power-walking, Jogging with different exercise stops at your own pace
- Interval of Abdominal, core exercises and breathing exercises
- Stretching, Pilates, Flexstasy, some tai-chi and bodyawareness moves
- Variety of upper and lower body workout
- Finish up at a local health retail outlet (ie. Wild Oat, Booster Juice, etc) for a brief Health Social on Saturdays after the 2:30pm session

*If it rains hard enough to make the ground wet and muddy, bootcamp class will be automatically cancelled.
