Vital Health Training System

October 4, 2011 in Fitness

Many sessions will be spent with a client, or a small group of clients, in order to instruct them on various exercises and their intended results. Adequate instructions will be given on how to perform proper floor exercises for the abdominals, lower back, core area and other important parts of the body.

Also, proper stretching, use of machines, cardio exercises, martial arts, Tai-body aerobics and free weight exercises are taught. A total mind and body workout system is used. Life coaching, along with some mental coaching, is provided to help clients remain focused on their lifestyle change. This further enables them to reach their goals and maintain them for life.

A variety of exercises and methods are used to help the client achieve their fitness goals in a realistic timeframe. We will assist clients with the following:

  • Weight loss
  • Toning up
  • Increasing cardio capacity
  • Injury rehabilitation
  • Sport-specific training
  • Improving coordination, flexibility and conditioning

In essence, we will work with, and team up with a client in order to develop their body to a level where it is operating at its optimal physical level.

Reasons why personal training is more effective

October 4, 2011 in Fitness

  • Motivation: a key factor in any exercise program. A personal trainer provides motivation and ensures the client stays focused. Engaging with a trainer lessens boredom and provides results up to three times faster than working out alone.
  • Maximum results in minimal time: whether it is to lose weight, get firm, increase aerobic endurance or develop sport-specific results, a personal trainer will design a program personally tailored to your needs.
  • Introduction to various forms of exercises: the increased variety ensures boredom does not impede on the program.
  • Safety: a personal trainer will work with you while being cognizant of your health care needs. This decreases the chances of injury because of an emphasis on performing exercises safely.
  • Efficiency: a client’s techniques will be assessed to ensure exercises are performed correctly, hence speeding up desired results.
  • Balanced body development: weaker areas of the body will be focused upon as part of the exercise regiment.
  • An individualized program is created for you based on your body type, specific needs and goals.
  • Maximizes your time: pre-planned workouts increase time efficiency.
  • Cutting edge information is provided on both training and nutrition.
  • Encouragement: a trainer will help your self confidence and celebrate your fitness milestones with you.
