Mindfulness meditation change negative feelings to Postive

Practice leads to an easy identification of negative thought patterns: Meditate Regularly.
By meditating regularly, you’re going to know yourself better – and by doing this you will gain the ability to identify negative thought patterns.

These patterns deliver your soul to feelings of pain, feelings of grief, fear, despair and a lot of other negative emotions that you will want to avoid – but you can only do it with practice, and by using some of the tips make available below.

Meditate negative feelings into positive feelings by switching the points of view:
The key to turning negative feelings or emotions into positive feelings or emotions is pretty simple, but it may be hard to accomplish by those who are still getting to know themselves.
What you need to do is to shift the point of view in which you face certain events, people, or even the view that you have of yourself.

To do this, you must meditate in order to accomplish the two steps contained in the next two paragraphs.

Question the inner thoughts you have, as well as your thought patterns:
The first step you have to take is to meditate upon those negative thoughts to find out if they have any rational backing at all, or if it is just your insecurity talking.

Try to be rational and ask yourself, when meditating, on whether you are just experiencing those thoughts out of real reasons or just because you feel down or insecure.

If you feel like there are real reasons behind those negative thoughts, then question those and ponder them until you have dissected the whole problem in your mind and in your heart.

Replace these negative feelings with rational or realistic views that are positive:
The second step is where you will rehash those negative thought patterns into positive ones, and for that you’ll need to relax, know yourself, and achieve a level of clarity that enables you to dramatically change your points of view.

To illustrate the situation, we’re going to grab an example that can be easy to understand – if you keep thinking you are ugly, well, shift your point of view and think about all of those who would disagree.

The same can be done in a huge variety of ways, but it all comes down to the paragraph below.

Keep practicing and get to know yourself:
Knowing yourself is the true key to transform negative thoughts into positive ones, and for that reason you shouldn’t hope to be successful on your first meditation sections.

As everything in life, meditating and knowing your spiritual self takes some time and practice.
